This is an application for further extension of time to comply with the procedure for furnishing sureties. The learned counsel for the applicant submitted that, he has already supplied necessary documents to the investigating agency and also to the Trial Court of the said sureties and till date the verification report is not received. He further submitted that it will take about 4-weeks time to receive the verification report and to complete the procedure for Page-1/2

In view of the above and for the reasons stated in the application, period to furnish sureties is hereby extended by six weeks from today as a last chance.
