Pursuant to the praecipe filed by the learned Counsel for the Petitioner, the matter is taken on production board. 2.

Heard learned Counsel for the parties.

Learned Counsel Mr.Anabhawane submitted that there is urgency in this matter. He submitted that by this Petition they are seeking direction to the Respondent Nos.2 and 3 to grant Nesarikar

2 / 2 515-WPST-27671-19.odt hearing u/s 107(19) of the Maharashtra Co-operative Societies Act. Therefore he has mentioned this matter in production board.

It is to be noted that the present Writ Petition was filed by the Petitioner on 18/10/2019. Till today the office objections are not removed by the Petitioner. Considering the fact, that the application was filed on 18/10/2019 and has moved for urgent orders on 18/12/2019, we do not find any urgency in the present matter. Hence matter is adjourned with costs. Hence following is order:

(a) Petition to appear on board on 13/01/2020.

(b) Petitioner to pay costs of Rs.15,000/-.

(c) Costs to be deposited in Kirtikar Law Library, Bombay High Court, on or before 08/01/2020, failing which the Writ Petition shall stand dismissed without referring back to the Court. (d) Ad-interim relief refused at present.
