Haridas opposes the Application, but ultimately, leaves it to this Court. The reasons mentioned in paragraphs 8 and 9 can be said to Sharayu.

Hence, accepting the said reasons mentioned in the Civil Application, the same is allowed. Resultantly, the delay of 106 days in filing the First Appeal stands condoned.
