Learned AGP, on instructions, states that the District Collector of Pune shall give a hearing to the Petitioner as well as to the concerned parties and after considering their written submissions if any, pass his speaking order within a period of two weeks from the date of hearing. In view thereof, the following order is passed:- (i) The Petitioner and the concerned parties shall appear before the District Collector, Pune on 03.01.2022 at 11.00 a.m. and advance their

(ii) The District Collector of Pune shall not grant adjournments to the either side unless absolutely necessary;

(iii) The District Collector of Pune shall after considering the oral as well as written submissions of the parties pass his speaking order within two weeks thereafter;

(iv) All contentions of the parties are kept open. 3.
