The above Civil Application has been filed seeking expeditious hearing of the above Petition. The ground made out is that the Petition involves a challenge to the order passed under the Mamletdars Court Act. The Learned Counsel for the Applicants states that since the road is blocked, the agricultural operations are affected since last 4 to 5 years. Having regard to the reasons mentioned in the above Civil Application, the same is allowed. Since the Petition is already expedited, the above Petition to be placed for directions on 19-8-2015 on which day a date for final hearing can be fixed. The Civil Application is accordingly disposed of.
