Learned APP on the instructions of Mr. C. V. Salunkhe, Head Constable, Shivajinagar Police Station, Ambarnath (E), Mumbai, who is present in Court states that 28 witnesses have been examined till date and that the prosecution intends to examine 13 more witnesses. Considering the fact that the trial has commenced and 28 witnesses have already been examined, it is not necessary to consider this Application on merits and instead, it would be appropriate to expedite the trial of the Applicant.

Accordingly, the Application is dismissed, however, the
