Learned counsel for the petitioner states that during the pendency of this petition, yesterday the petitioner has been issued a termination letter. Hence the prayers as made in this petition have become infructuous. The petitioner, therefore, intends to withdraw this petition with a liberty to file appropriate proceedings to assail the termination. 2.

Allowed to be withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. 3.

All contentions of the parties are expressly kept open. 4.

At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner informs that the petitioner intends to take recourse to remedy of an appeal to assail the termination and that such an appeal would be filed within one week from today. If the same is filed, let the Appellate Authority decide the petitioner's 8 February, 2024 Kiran Kawre
