Heard the learned counsel appearing for the Applicants and the learned APP for the State. In view of the averments made in the Application, a case for restoration is made out. Accordingly, the Application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (9A) subject to condition of the Applicants complying with the order dated 16th November 2016 within a period of three weeks from today. If compliance is not made within a period of three
