In light of the consensus as noted above, the impugned order dated 15/7/2022 is quashed and set aside. The Application below Exhibit 35 to be decided by the trial Court afresh after hearing both the parties. 3.

Needless to clarify that the Application is to be decided by the trial Court on its own merits and uninfluenced by the impugned order dated 15/7/2022.
