Learned Advocate appointed to represent the Petitioner, after perusing record from the Official Website of Maharashtra District Courts submitted that, the hearing of Sessions Case No. 92 of 2015 pending on the file of District Judge, Kalyan has already began and the said case is at the stage of recording evidence. That the next date of hearing is scheduled on 29th November 2022.

As the Petitioner is in jail since 2015, we direct the learned Judge seized of the said Sessions Case No.92 of 2015 to expedite the hearing of the said case and to make an endeavour to conclude the said case within a period 1/2

Registrar (Judicial-II) is directed to communicate present Order to the learned Judge of the Trial Court as expeditiously as possible. 4.
