Mr.Patil, learned APP, on instructions from Jailor Grade-1, Yerwada Central Prison, Pune-6 submitted that, the Petitioner has been released from Jail on bail on 11th August 2022 in pursuance of Order passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Pune.

In view thereof, Petitioner is at liberty to adopt appropriate remedy as may be permissible under the law.
