Learned APP, on instructions from Mrs.Hemlata Deshmukh, Special Public Prosecutor conducting Sessions Case No.24 of 2016 pending on the file of Additional Sessions Judge, Thane, submitted that, as of today the prosecution has examined 15 witnesses and 5 witnesses are remained to be examined.

In view thereof, the grievance of Petitioner at this stage does not survive.

The petition is accordingly disposed off.
