Vijay Sikandar Sharma v. The State Of Maharashtra And ORS
1/2 21-appln.665.2016 nsc.
IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT BOMBAY
CRIMINAL APPELLATE JURISDICTION CRIMINAL APPLICATION NO.665 OF 2016 Vikas Sikandar Sharma ...Applicant
Versus
The State of Maharashtra and Ors.
...Respondents
Mr.Nilesh R. Pandey, for the Applicant.
Mr.P.H.Gaikwad Patil, A.P.P for the Respondent No.1-State Mr.N.K.Dubey, for the Respondent Nos.2 to 6.
CORAM : REVATI MOHITE DERE, J.
DATE : 8th DECEMBER, 2016 P.C. :
1.
Heard learned counsel for the applicant.
2.
By this application, the applicant has impugned the order dated 10th November, 2016, passed by the learned Sessions Judge, Greater Bombay, by which the applicant's transfer application being Transfer Application No.520 of 2016, came to be rejected. 3.
Learned Counsel for the applicant makes a grievance that the learned Judge before whom the Anticipatory Bail Application was pending,
2/2 21-appln.665.2016 has not given him a fair opportunity of being heard and that he apprehends that he would not get justice.
4.
Perused the order dated 10th November, 2016, as well as the application. It appears that the applicant's Intervention Application filed in Anticipatory Bail Application was allowed and the applicant was also heard.
5.
The apprehension expressed by the applicant is unjustifiable. Accordingly, there is no merit in the application. The same is rejected and disposed of as such.
