Heard learned counsel for the parties.

By this Application, the Applicant seeks temporary bail for a period of four weeks.

Perused the papers. The Applicant had filed an Application for temporary bail for a period of four weeks in the Court of the learned Sessions Judge, on the ground that his brother's condition was extremely critical and that there were no male family member to take care of his brother. The medical case papers were also shown to the learned Sessions Judge pursuant to which, the Applicant was released on temporary bail for a period of two weeks upon furnishing P. R. Bond

in the sum of Rs. 25,000/-. The Applicant was directed to report daily to the nearest police station. He was also directed not to leave Mumbai and Thane. As in one of the conditions, the learned Sessions Judge had stated that the said period of two weeks would not be extended in any event, the aforesaid Application has been filed in this Court. 4.

Learned APP on instructions of the investigating officer, who is present in Court states that the condition of the Applicant's brother is indeed critical and that he is presently admitted in Sai Shraddha Nursing Home. Accordingly, the Application is allowed on the following terms & conditions :- O R D E R (i) The order dated 27.09.2019 granting temporary bail to the Applicant for a period of two weeks is extended by another four weeks from today;

(ii) The Applicant shall, however, report to the nearest police station on every Wednesday and Sunday for four weeks; (iii) The Applicant shall not leave the jurisdiction of Mumbai and Thane during the said period;

(iv) Liberty is granted to the Applicant to move the trial Court in the event, the need for temporary bail so arises.

The Application is allowed in the aforesaid terms and is accordingly disposed of.
