Heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties. This Court has already framed the substantial question of law. In view of this, the order dated 29th March, 2012, passed by this Court shall continue to operate pending the decision of the Appeal. However, none of the parties shall create any third party interest in respect of the suit property.

The learned counsel for the respondents waive service of notice.
