We have heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the learned counsel for the Respondent.

The Petitioner's apprehension is that the land of the Petitioner is being taken over by the Respondent - Corporation without initiating acquisition proceedings.

Learned counsel for the Corporation, on instructions, makes a statement that the Corporation would not carry out any

The said statement is accepted.
