By this Writ Petition, petitioner is challenging the order dated 29.7.2016 passed by Family Court No.4, Pune on an Application filed by Respondent under section 24 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 for maintenance of wife as well as daughter. Family Court by its order dated 29.7.2016 rejected wife's Application for interim maintenance and awarded sum of Rs.5,000/- per month to the minor child. As on today sum of Rs.3,30,000/- Mohite 1/2

52 wp1762-17.doc is due and payable by the petitioner to his daughter. Considering these facts, following order is passed:

a.

Petitioner is directed to pay sum of Rs.3,30,000/- towards arrears of maintenance charges of the daughter on or before 31.8.2019 and place on record receipt to that effect, failing which Writ Petition shall stand dismissed without referring back to the court. b.

If amount is deposited withing stipulated time as stated hereinabove, matter to appear on board for further hearing on 06.09.2019.
