On instructions, motion is made for withdrawal of the Writ Petition. The Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. 2.

However, the disposal of the petition will not preclude the Petitioners from approaching Vasai-Virar Municipal Corporation seeking permission for carrying out the construction on Survey No. 7A/1, Hissa Nos. 4 and 12.

Needless to clarify that if such application for grant of permission to carry out construction is made, same be dealt with in accordance with law.
