Learned counsel for the applicant fairly submits that in the present case, the charge is framed, however, the witnesses are not yet examined. It is also submitted that the applicant was enlarged on bail by this court, by order dated 12th December, 2013 in Bail Application No.1824 of 2013. However, he has absconded and thereafter he was not available for the trial for almost more than 2 years. That the court had issued non-bailable warrant against the applicant. The bail granted in favour of the applicant was cancelled and he was taken into the custody in April, 2017. Since then he is in custody. The fact that the applicant had committed breach of the order dated 12th December 2013 and had absconded. The applicant

The learned Sessions Court is requested to expedite the trial i.e. Sessions Case No.482 of 2013 and conclude recording of the evidence within nine months from the date of receipt of this order.
