Learned APP. on instructions submitted that police have already completed the investigation and are in the process of filing the charge sheet before the competent Court having jurisdiction. He further submitted that charge sheet will be filed within a period of two weeks from today.

In view of the statement made by the APP., the learned counsel for the applicant seeks leave to withdraw the aforesaid applications with liberty to file fresh applications for bail before the Trial Court. 3.
