DATE : 01 FEBRUARY 2024 P.C. :- At the outset the learned Counsel for the Respondents points out that the Petitioner has a remedy of filing an appeal and this specific stand is taken by the Respondents specifying the provisions under which the appeal lies under the Bombay Port Trust Employees Regulations.

The learned Counsel for the Petitioner states that the Petitioner will prefer an appeal however some time limit be provided for disposal of the appeal. If the Petitioner files an appeal within a period of four weeks from today, the Respondent - Appellate
