1] By a reasoned Order dated 1st November 2017, the applicant was granted interim relief with a direction to attend the Investigating Officer on stipulated dates and to join the process of investigation. 2] Perused the record and papers of investigation. The record indicates that the applicant has attended the Investigating Officer on the stipulated dates and has joined the process of investigation. The first information report is lodged by Smt. Pooja Kad alleging that the applicant on the date of incident tried to outrage her modesty and threatened her that, after her marriage when she settles at 1/2

After perusing the first information report and record of investigation, this Court is of the view that for further investigation of the present crime the custodial interrogation of the applicant is not necessary. 3] In view thereof, the interim relief granted by an Order dated 1st November 2017 is confirmed. However, the condition to attend the Investigating Officer is hereby waived.
