The learned counsel appearing for the Applicant submits that the charge-sheet in the present crime has been filed on 22nd October 2015. Earlier, Bail Application preferred by the Applicant was rejected by the Trial Court on 21st October 2015. In view of the change in circumstance, the learned counsel for the Applicant seeks leave to withdraw the present Application with liberty to file a fresh Bail Application before the Trial Court.
