In view of the constitutional mandate provided under Article 243-ZG as well as since the process of election has already been set in motion, it would not be desirable to cause interference in exercise of extra-ordinary jurisdiction vested under Article 226 of the Constitution of India.

Keeping option available to the Petitioner to avail of the remedy provided under the law, after conclusion of the process of election, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
