At the outset learned counsel for the applicant seek permission to correct the sections, which are invoked in the subject CR, as mentioned in the application under synopsis. He is permitted to carry out the necessary amendment Ashish Mhaske

The offences invoked in the subject CR deserve a notice under section 41A of Cr.P.C as per the learned APP, who state that the Investigating Officer would issue notice under 41A of Cr.P.C to the applicant in all the applications within a period of three days from today. Pursuant to which the applicants shall report to the Investigating Officer within a period of 7 days. 3.

Upon their attendance, the Investigating Officer shall follow the procedure prescribed under Section 41A of the Cr.P.C., and record reasons in writing in case he is desirous of effecting arrest of the Applicants.

The Investigating Officer shall also give advance notice of 72 hours in case he comes to the conclusion that custodial interrogation of the Applicants is necessary. 4.

All the applications are disposed off.
