The learned counsel for the applicant submits that this Civil Application is moved for bringing on record the legal heirs of the sole respondent - Ramchandra Baburao Mane. He further submits that the sole respondent expired on 13th July, 2016. There is a delay of 7 days in filing the present Civil Application. Hence, he prays that the 1 / 2

The learned counsel for proposed respondent nos. 1A to 1G submits that he has been orally instructed to appear in the matter. He seeks time to file Vakalatnama.

In view of these submissions, the delay of 7 days is condoned. The legal heirs of the sole respondent are to be brought on record. Amendment to that effect is to be carried out within a period of two weeks from today. The learned Counsel for respondent nos. 1A to 1G to file Vakalatnama within a period of three weeks from today. 4.
