By this application, the Applicant seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with CR No.561 of 2014, registered with the Malwani Police Station, District Mumbai, for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 498-A and 406 of Indian Penal Code. The matter was adjourned on several dates in order to enable the parties to explore the possibility of a settlement. Today, the parties have tendered Consent Terms entered into between them. The same are taken on record and marked "X" for identification. The Applicant and the original Complainant are present in Court and their respective Counsel have identified them as well as the S.R.JOSHI

aba-1499-2014 signatures appearing on the Consent Terms.

As the parties have amicably settled their dispute, the application is allowed on the following terms and conditions:-

The applicant be released on bail on furnishing P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs.15,000/- with one or two local sureties in the like amount. The bail application is allowed and is accordingly disposed of. In view of disposal of the anticipatory bail application, nothing survives for consideration in the intervention application, and hence the same is also disposed of, as infructuous.
