Heard. Perused the order passed by this Court on 14th October, 2015. Certain observations are made in this order regarding applicant's International Justice Mission. It is clear from the order that the applicant's International Justice Mission was not before this Court and was not a party to the said application on which the order was passed. The observations recorded in the order are thus made without hearing the applicant. In view of this, it is made clear that whatever remarks are made about the applicant are not binding on the applicant or shall not be used against the applicant.
