By the present Petition received through jail, the Petitioner had prayed that, the charges imposed upon him for taking him to perform obsequious ceremony of his grandmother may be waived, as he falls from lower economic strata of the society.

Learned A.P.P. on instructions from the Nashik Road Central Prison submitted that, the Petitioner was granted Covid-19 parole for a period of 45 days on 25th February 2021, however he did not return to the prison and is absconding.

3.

In view of the above, nothing further survives in the Petition and the Petition is accordingly disposed off.
