By this First Appeal, the appellants/original claimants are challenging the Judgment and Award dated 25th September, 2014 passed by the Railway Claims Tribunal Mumbai in Claim Application No. OA (llu)/MCC/2012/0764, dismissing the appellants claim petition for sum of Rs. 4 Lakhs.

Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for appellant and impugned Judgment and award, following order is passed.:
