The applicants were unable to deposit the first instalment of Rs.3,41,797/- within the time mentioned in the affidavit. He states that Rs.3,41,797/- will be deposited in the Court within two days. Time to deposit the first instalment is extended. The applicant is permitted to deposit Rs.3,41,797/- within 2 days. 2.
