Mr. Kothari, the learned advocate for the petitioners states that in view of the subsequent event of elections to the managing committee of petitioner no.1- Society, the challenge to the appointment of Administrator does not survive any longer. Therefore the petition has become infructuous. The petition is accordingly disposed off. Mr. Salvi, the learned advocate for respondents no. 6 to 12 informs that the Administrator has once again been appointed of the society on 15th March, 2016. Mr. Kothari states that this order has been challenged before the appropriate forum.
