Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the matter stands amicably settled between the parties and that she has instructions to withdraw the petition. She has tendered affidavit of Mr.Mangesh Vishwasrao, President, of the petitioner - Union which states that the petitioner - Union and the respondent have settled the dispute in relation to the four employees named therein. Learned counsel for the respondent counsel has no objection. He confirms that the matter is settled. Besides, it is clarified that the impugned order pertains to four employees only. Accordingly, on the application of the learned counsel for the petitioner the affidavit is taken on file. Hence I pass the following order :
(i) Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
(ii) Ad-interim order, if any, stands vacated. (A.K. MENON,J.)
