Learned APP on instructions from Additional Senior Jailor, Mumbai Central Prison submitted that, in Sessions Case No. 830 of 2015 wherein the Petitioner is an accused, the prosecution as of today has examined 202 witnesses and Trial Court has now scheduled hearing of the said case on 1st February, 2023.
