Writ Petition No.4480 of 2018 was disposed of in terms of the order dated 8th August 2018. In terms of the said order, fresh order dated 19th November 2018 was passed by the Divisional Commissioner directing the release of the petitioner on parole for a period of 30 days. Writ Petition No.960 of 2019 was filed by the petitioner as the petitioner could not furnish surety. The learned APP on instructions states that the petitioner was permitted to furnish surety and on 2nd March 2019, the petitioner has been released on parole. We accept the said statement.

Accordingly, we pass the following order:

(I) No further directions are required to be issued

(II) Writ Petition No.960 of 2019 stands disposed of in view of the aforesaid decision.
