This is an application under Section 24 Civil Procedure Code whereby the applicant-wife is seeking transfer of proceedings in Marriage Petition No. 63 of 2018 from the Family Court, Pune to the Family Court at Thane. 2.

Mr. Udane, appearing for the respondent, on instructions, submits that the respondent has no objection to transfer of such proceedings from the Family Court, Pune

Rane 2/2 MCA-257-2018 (sr.10) Wednesday, 23.1.2019 to the Family Court at Thane. It is next submitted by the learned Counsel for the respondent that, matter may be referred to Mediator. In view of this, the learned Judge, Family Court, Thane is requested to pass appropriate orders to refer this dispute to the Mediator for mediation by appointing qualified Mediator in Thane.
