The learned Government Pleader, Shri. Deepak Thakare tenders the Notification dated 20th March 2018 issued by the State Government. By the said Notification, the State Government had accorded its consent for investigation of attempts and conspiracies in respect of C.R. No. 95 of 2011 registered at Bund Garden Police Station, Pune to the Central Bureau of Investigation ("CBI" for short). In view of the said Notification dated 20th March, 2018, the grievance of the petitioner in the above petition does not survive. The learned counsel for the petitioner, Shri. Jayakar therefore seeks withdrawal of the above petition. The petition is accordingly
3/3 allowed to be withdrawn. The Notification dated 20th March, 2018 is taken on record and marked "X" for identification. In view of disposal of the above Writ Petition, the above Civil Applications do not survive and the same to accordingly stand disposed of as such.
