The Learned Counsel for the Petitioner Mr. Tejas Dande on instructions seeks withdrawal of the above Petition in view of the consent decree passed by the Family Court on 08.01.2016. The Learned Counsel further states that in terms of clause 5(a) of the said Consent Decree, the Respondent herein is entitled to withdraw the balance amount of Rs.6.5 lakhs which is lying in deposit in this Court out the amount of Rs.13,00,000/- which was deposited by the Petitioner. The Petition is accordingly allowed to be withdrawn and dismissed as such. The Respondent would be entitled to withdraw the balance amount of Rs.6.5 lakhs which is lying in deposit in this Court. The consent decree dated 08.01.2016 is taken on record.
