Heard the learned Advocates appearing for the parties and the following Order is passed :

i.

The Civil Judge Senior Division at Quepem Goa shall use video conferencing facility by using User ID provided by Bandra Family Court, Mumbai, which is USER ID "mh-pjc-bandra".

ii.

No private device or user, shall be used.

iii.

The learned Advocate appearing for the Respondent undertakes to handover a cheque of Rs.23,000/- issued in favour of the Advocate for the Applicant, who shall forward the same to the Applicant. The learned Advocate appearing for the Respondent undertakes to issue cheques in future in the name of the father of the Applicant. The undertakings are accepted.

The Applicant shall in future make payment to the transport authority / contractor only by cheque.
