In pursuance of order dated 16th December 2022, the Petitioner was admitted to Saifee Hospital, Mumbai. He has been treated by specialist in the concerned field from the said Hospital. 2.

As per directions issued by us by our order dated 16th December 2022, learned Special Public Prosecutor appearing for NIA has produced Discharge Summary of the Petitioner issued by the said Hospital. Same is taken on record. It states that Petitioner has undergone Cataract Surgery at the said Hospital. No other serious ailments are noted by medical experts which require medical intervention.

In view thereof, the order dated 16th December 2022 has been MANISH SURESH THATTE by MANISH SURESH THATTE Date: 2023.01.09 14:26:24 +0530 complied with. Nothing further survives in the petition and is accordingly disposed off.

We expect the Jail Authority to take the Petitioner to Saifee Hospital for follow up treatment on 9th January 2023 and 23rd January 2023 at 3.00 p.m as mentioned in Discharge Summary annexed to the report.
