By the present Petition, Petitioner was seeking relief of his release on prole.

Learned A.P.P. on instructions from the Superintendent, Open Prison, Paithan submitted that, subsequent thereto the Petitioner was released on parole on 13th May 2020 on the ground of Covid-19 pandemic and he has returned to prison on 3rd June 2022.
