Heard learned Counsel for the parties.

Initially the matter was called out, that time Advocate appearing on behalf of applicant submits that Advocate on record is held up in another matter. Hence, on his request, matter was kept back. On second occasion, when the matter called out, the learned counsel for the applicant seeks some time on the ground that they do not have papers.

It is to be noted that in the present proceeding on 23.04.2015 at the request of learned counsel for the applicant, matter was adjourned to file his vakalatnama. Thereafter, again the matter was on board on 26.06.2015. At that time, the Advocate for Sneha Chavan 1/2

3 caf 5134-11=.doc applicant requested sometime. On that date, at the request of learned counsel for the applicant, matter was adjourned by one week as a last chance.

Today again, the Advocate for the applicant seeks some time. On his request, matter is adjourned by six weeks.

It is made clear that in view of above mentioned fact, ad-interim protection granted by this Court earlier on 23.04.2012 in Civil Application stands vacated.
