DATE : 14TH NOVEMBER, 2022 P.C:- Mr.Ghadigaonkar, learned counsel for the petitioner on instructions states that the Municipal Corporation has already demolished the part of the structures by removing the road fencing area of the said structure. Learned counsel on instruction states that his client would demolish the remaining structure admeasuring 175 sq.mtrs. shortly and thereafter apply for carrying out reconstruction in accordance with law. Statement is accepted.

If any application is made for reconstruction of the plot in question, the Municipal Corporation to consider such application in accordance with law. The petitioner is present in Court and confirms the statement made by his counsel across the bar that he will demolish the remaining part of the structure at his own cost and would apply for redevelopment of the plot. Statement is accepted. 3.

Writ petition is disposed off in the aforesaid terms. No order as to costs.
