1) The learned counsel for the applicants fairly submitted that in view of the mandatory provisions of Section 14 of the Scheduled Castes and the Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities ) Act,1989 a substantive appeal has to be filed against the impugned order passed by the Trial Court. He therefore, seeks leave to withdraw the application with liberty to file substantive appeal against the impugned order. Leave and liberty granted. Application is disposed off as withdrawn.

2) With a view to facilitate the applicant to prefer a substantive appeal, interim relief granted by this Court by an order dated 17.11.2016 shall remain in force for a period of two weeks from today.
