Parties appear along with their respective advocates. They jointly state that in mediation conducted dispute has been settled and complainant (respondent No.2) is staying with her husband and family members.

Respondent No.2 is present and she also states that she is now living happily with her family members and three kids. 3.

She has tendered affidavit on same lines which is taken on record and marked Exhibit "I". In view of these developments we make Rule absolute in terms of prayer clause (a).
