If the society wants to initiate proceedings for recovery of any of its dues, it can always do so, subject to maintainability of such proceedings. All contentions of the parties in respect of proceedings so initiated are kept open. It appears that in pursuance of the orders impugned in the present Petitions, the Respondent in three Writ Petitions have already been issued Share Certificates in their names. It is therefore appropriate that even the Respondent in Writ Petition No.1721 of 2018 is also issued a Share Certificate in his name within a period of four weeks from today. (SANDEEP V. MARNE, J.)
