They have tendered Consent Terms, it is taken on record. The Appellant No.1, 3 and 4 present before the Court and Officer representing to Respondent No.2 is present in Court. Considering the submission of the learned counsel for the Appellant and learned counsel for Respondent No.2 and in view of the Consent Terms, Appeal is allowed to be withdrawn and disposed of.

The Appellant-Claimant is permitted to withdraw deposited amount along with accrued interest thereon, as per Consent Terms.
