ORDER :

Respondent No. 2, Ms. Sarina Esmeralda Lopez has moved praecipe dated 30 December 2016 for speaking to the minutes of the order dated 5 December 2016.

I have perused praecipe. Following corrections be made in the order dated 5 December 2016.

(i) In paragraph 3 line No. 16 (page 3 line 3) the reference to words beginning with "the Appellants are" be substituted by the words "the Appellant is".

(ii) In paragraph 4 line 2 reference to the word "Appellants" be corrected as "Appellant".

The contents of paragraphs No. 1 and 3 of the praecipe are not in the nature of seeking a typographical 2/3

correction in the order and thus, cannot be granted. 4.

Praecipe is accordingly disposed of.

5.

Corrections be made in the original order and copies be made available to the parties.
