This Civil Revision Application is directed against the order dated 26th August, 2014 passed by the learned Civil Judge, Junior Division, Pimpri, Pune below Exhibit 24 in Regular Civil Suit No. 100 of 2014 thereby rejecting the Application of the defendants Exhibit 18 filed under section 9A of the Code of Civil Procedure is challenged. 2.

In view of the Maharashtra Ordinance No. XVIII of 2018 dated 27th June, 2018, saving clause 3(2) and proviso thereto, this Civil Revision Application abates and is disposed of as abated. If there is any other issue under Order 14 or any application under Order 7 Rule 11, the Court can proceed and decide that. 3.
