Petitioner is seeking direction to police to register the FIR. 2.

Without prejudice to preliminary objection about maintainability of this request, learned APP upon instructions from Investigating Officer Shri Shelar of Bandra Police Station submits that if the petitioner reports to Investigating Officer on Monday 9/12/2019 at 11.00 a.m. and co-operates with Investigating officer, he shall proceed further in the matter in accordance with law. She submits that efforts made by the police to procure his presence have failed.

We do not wish to go into the disputed issues. We accordingly direct petitioner to report to Investigating Officer on 9/12/2019 at 11.00 a.m. and to abide by his directions. With this direction, we dispose of the petition.
